They are required if your old fingerprints on file are no good. There could still be some out there that were inked and need to be resubmitted, even though originally accepted. There could also be a marginal set of electronic prints that were accepted for the previous license being issued but are now unacceptable to the person at DPS reviewing them.Mel wrote:What am I missing. As for the OP, if you have redone your prints and your status changed after the prints were done, they have probably been received by DPS. I would go ahead and fax them a copy of the letter that L1 (Morpo Trust) gave you just to be on the safe side.
