I have another customer that has a sign near their door that says something like no person is allowed to carry a weapon or firearm on company property. I ignore that one also since its not a 30.06 sign.

So if they come to me and say, hey don't carry here, then I have to follow that correct?
Yes, a verbal notice is binding and if you violate that, then you can be charged with criminal tresspass by a license holder.

Unless you have been told verbally no carry or have been handed a written document with the 30.06 wording, then you are legal to carry. Now, if you are an employee, then you can be fired if you violate the policy on having a firearm on property unless it is locked in your personal vehicle.
