Not 100% sure, but I don't believe a LEO or Judge can give you permission to pass a 30.06, but the person who posted it can. In this case, the Mayor, City Attorney or other person who was responsible for the decision to post it for the meetings would be the authority who could give you permission to ignore it. There was a discussion on this on the forum awhile back on this, but my search skills are lacking this morning.
