Good point. If the individual was cooking meth, then there may be toxic residue left from the process that can be extremely hazardous to your health. Be sure to inspect (chemically) the place carefully before you consider buying it. A neighbor of mine (a druggie) lost her place and it went on sale from the bank. The new owner got a really cheap price on the place at auction. The problems arose when they realized that the person had been using crack cocaine. All the interior walls and ceilings had to be torn out and replaced to rid the home of the toxicity from the residual cocaine. It cost the new owner a fortune to make the place livable. Cuidado.
