It's not posted.

It is at least proximate to UT property.

It claims to be a part of the University of Texas, but I can find no real information as to whether or not this is considered the "premises" of a school.

We went last weekend. I left the gun in the car.

I would say it is off-limits even without posting, but IANAL.
