Yeah, I usually don't carry at church if I plan to get drunk during communion.

Re: Adult Establishment Carry

Intentional failure to conceal is not connected with whether it is legal by law to carry in an establishment. Being discovered carrying or not concealing, whether it is in a club, the local stop and rob or Wal-Mart is a separate issue and not part of the OP's topic. Legality of carrying in the establishment is the topic that is being discussed, that is all.

To put it back on topic, IMO, if it is not posted 30.06 or an establishment licensed as 51%, then it is not off limits by the laws. And unless you have received verbal notice, then you can legally carry there.

Re: Adult Establishment Carry

OK, this is still off topic. The topic is legal or not to carry in the establishment, PERIOD! No other discussion on printing or the gun being discovered. Last warning.

Re: Adult Establishment Carry

OK folks, let's keep this one STRICTLY on topic about the legality of carrying in the location, and NOTHING else. As LT said, this can be a valid subject for discussion from a legal standpoint for the location, but we need to keep the thread G rated (and that means 'Approved for ALL Audiences') ;-)

Thanks!
