That's the problem with laws. Their made to be interpreted in any number of ways. You can twist em, turn em, stretch em, put it in a pot to be stirred etc. They are worded in such a way you have to go to court in order to decide what they mean. Most if not all of them are designed to make lawyers money. They can't even read and understand the 2nd amendment without taking it to court which reminds me I believe the second amendment is due back in the supreme court soon. Why? Because they can't figure out what the wording of that simply worded amendment means. Now signs Z paper and let's all go to court and be happy.
