Application Question
My wife is applying for her CHL my question is does it expedite matters to send in the paper work piecemeal or wait until after fingerprints have been completed we have the appointment set. She has taken and passed the classroom portion, I have paid the 140. We have not sent in the CHL-100.

Might have already been said, but I am surprised he did not keel over dead as soon as store owner pointed the 45 at him.
