The more laws creating special classes of governmental employees is reaching for Orwellian levels.
Another case of: We're all equal, except some are more equal than others...
Eventually, the only ones who aren't classified special is the average citizen and lord help him if he gets crossways with one of the special class of citizen.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't their other instances in which government employees if killed on the job get special consideration and greater punishment for bad guy if caught?
Thus, this latest effort isn't precedent setting or are you thinking such special consideration is on the increase that will somehow negatively affect the average citizen?
