O.K., I take your response (or lack thereof) as yes, you want to limit LTC/CHLers limited to carry a maximum of 6 rounds.

Given multiple criminals attacking, often times 6 rounds isn't enough.

That's why I carry a Glock 19 with a fully loaded spare magazine.

Well, I believe carrying a G19 with a fully loaded spare may not be enough, but 6, puh-leeze...(or 7/8 aint enough either)
