Once unenforceable 30.06 signs posted by the city are removed - can the powers that be still wand you and tell you, you can't carry in?

Or, do you expect that to be stopped also?

Or, if they wand you and you're found to be carrying, but can produce a CHL, will you then be allowed in with your EDC?
