Re: App Status
After I submitted all required documents my status showed as submitted. A day or two later, everything went away and I had absolutely nothing that showed I had even submitted my documents. About 2 weeks after that is when I started seeing everything again and started getting the green "Received...

Re: Vehicle Carry
Many us (me for one) also use lock boxes especially designed to hold a pistol inside our vehicle (they come in different sizes) cabled to something like seat frames. Could a thief defeat it? Sure, but they'd have to have the right tools, time and circumstance. Just like a gun safe in one's home. Ab...

THAT's why I won't leave a gun in a car parked where the gun (or the vehicle with the gun in it) could be stolen. I ne...

Re: Vehicle Carry
Posted this as a response in your other thread but saw this one later. I personally conceal carry most of the time (except at work) but I also keep a gun in my truck that stays there. My suggestion for a "truck gun" is one that you wont be overly sad about loosing. What I mean by that is, ...

Re: New to this forum!
:hurry: I was hoping for a few opinions on keeping a seperate firearm in my vehicle at all times besides the one i cc. I would just love knowing ive always got one in my car. Thinking of grtting a basic 9mm, specifically a taurus pt709 slim. Im a Glock guy 100%, but its a good little firearm for th...

Re: Question about concealed carry disqualifiers
I doubt the medical advisory board (MAB) will grant you a LTC. There is some good information in another thread.

Re: Anyone with a Shield using a Hyve +2 extension AND MagGuts +1 springs?
I wonder why one of the magazine manufacturers doesn't come out with a bigger mag for the Shield, Glock 43 and whatever. I will be interested in hearing your results though. I've wondered this myself. I personally don't like the appearance of the Hyve extensions. I would rather go for a more "...

I'm interested in hearing the results of this. Love my shield but I wish I had a little more lead in them.

Yep. The status will disappear for 3-5 days before it re-appears and everything starts going green. Just have patience. I would suggest taking a look at http://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=2398&start=5820 and also http://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=87428&...
