Well my church is Episcopal and the national church is anti but our local church is not. We don't support the national church anyway due to the liberal agenda of the national church (ECUSA).
We are having a shotgun raffle to raise funds for our youth program. We did this last year and it was VERY successful.
I am not the only person in our church to have a CHL.

What part of Texas is your church loacated? As you can see we are located in Garland.

I have been "made" a couple of times at church. No big deal because I'm known as the "gun guy" at my church anyway. My church is NOT an anti gun church. Once a year we have a church sponsored "range day". It is usually in the spring and is attended by men and women alike. It is always a lot of fun and occasionally a new person is introduced to the thrill of recreational shooting. Our pastor is a retired LtCol from the Marine Corps.
