Whenever you leave your pistol in your vehicle when you can't carry do you leave your holster also or just remove your pistol and keep the holster on cause I use a owb belt carry holster and I don't feel like takin off my belt every time... Thanks

Currently at my job we no 30.06 or 30.07 signs but the manager says we aren't allowed to carry at work... Should I go against his words cause they don't have any signs up or listen and don't carry at all
