Proof of Special Condition (DD 214) : 6/29
Email from state showing receipt of supplemental docs: 7/24
Background Check : Completed 8/20
License To Carry A Handgun : Mailed 8/22
License received: 8/25

It appears that my wait time was one day longer than a month after I did my part.
