Situational awareness! Never get too close to the car in front of you in case you need to make an escape or evasive move. Especially if you already are aware that the other person is agitated. Some times you can't help but get blocked in with Houston traffic but staying further back increases your chance of getting out of the situation. Remember, distance is your friend. IMO.
