I applied online for my RENEWAL on March 30th. My license expired on 05/20 and I still have not heard. The online report still says:


Application : Received
Fingerprints : Under review
Affidavits : Received
DL or ID : Valid
Citizenship : No documentation required
Passport Photo Holder (Out of State Only) : Not required for renewal
Photo (Out of State Only) : Not required for renewal
Proof of Classroom training : Received
Proof of Proficiency training : Received
Fee : Received
Background Check : Under review
License To Carry A Handgun : Print pending completion of application review

I have written them and called them many times. They keep saying they'll have someone call me when I call, and when I write I get the generic "Your application is still under review." -- Even though I keep telling them that they have received all the information and has all the information since March 30th, and are now violating the law since they only had 30 days to issue a renewal. But I can't seem to get anywhere with these people!! Help???
