I saw boxes being loaded into the cabinets today. Asked and the guy said that they are pretty much selling out of the small shipments they get other than the odd 22Mag and hunting calibers that everyone else also has on the shelves.... So best I can tell WM is just like everyone else.... getting what they can and it running out the door faster than they can get it into the cabinet. Just have to get there at the right time to see it happen.
I can tell you the other day I saw 12 boxes of 40 on the shelf. the guy was just walking away with the empty shipment boxes on his cart from unloading them. I took a 1/3 of them as did another guy right then. I suspect the other 1/3 didn't last much longer... at least I don't have to feel guilty dipping into ammo for the range now :-)

I might add that rarely do any of the employees you interface with on the floor know anything about corporate level policy. Most of what they hear is rumor or second/third hand information at best. That isn't to say it might not be valid but should be weighted properly.
