There is nothing in SB16 that changes the fee for duplicate license.

When will Senate act upon SB16 and send to governor for signing?

Since this is my first Texas legislative session experience I keep wondering when they are going to stop talking and actually vote in both chambers about all of these proposed bills? Do they waste vast amounts of time and then vote on everything in the last few days?

Fingerprints are old tech. Now, "THEY" are moving towards collecting DNA on citizens.

Every time I see the Ancestory.com DNA test commercials I wonder if it's a front for government DNA collection.
