I have to wonder a little if the fact that your son is 17 had anything to do with it. If the guy knows anything about LTC law, he probably knows you have to be 21 to get one. Its normally carried to the door by an employee and handed to you once youre out of the store.

License In Hand!! Recap: Class 3/6/16 All in 3/15/16 Plastic 5/19/16 I didn't check my status but once before this week. Didn't know what the status change was until this week. When I checked it had changed, not knowing it had LOL. Mine was a straight forward process, no extra documents needed.
