I am not sure how I was done so quickly, but I am not upset. I do wish the timelines were more uniform than they currently are though.
You submitted your paper work a total of 37 Calendar days or 27 business days after I submitted all docs and I haven't heard anything except "in progress". Completely freaking ridiculous !

In Missouri it's all done at the county level and just about all the counties you walk in and they do it and in under 45 days you have a permit. Except for a couple counties it takes a couple months to get an appointment which is one of the reasons which helped push constitutional carry was a couple sheriffs having unacceptable policies.
