I've been reading a lot of posts here over the last 4 months. Other than a lot of inconsistencies, the paper documents seem to get pushed off for a slightly longer wait. However, be sure to do the electronic fingerprints if you're within 100 miles of a city. My family and I weren't notified untill we called that paper fingerprints were not accepted. My father was the only one to receive a letter regarding the matter. Also, the only one of my family to get ANY confirmations was my mother and she's the only one who hasn't recieved her plastic yet. Go figure.
