The only email I got was the same one I had gotten before talking about how overwhelmed the LTC office was. I never got anything about it being sent, nor did my dad before he got his. I guess it is hit or miss there.

You are probably okay... but yeah you need to call. Keep calling over and over again. Press "1" as soon as the voice starts. If the voice says it's buys, immediately end call and try again. Eventually you will be put on a waiting list. It may take between 3-10 tries to do.

Well nothing but bills in the mail today... hopefully tomorrow. I hope I'm not one of those people who waits forever in the mail... way my luck's been and all.

There's not really any rhyme or reason to it at this point... I am hopeful to receive mine today. Others in my town have gotten theirs in a day or two after status change. We have awesome mail carriers here.

Sounds like they are getting caught up. I can only imagine that the reason they are processing the new ones really fast is because they are trying to prevent further backlog. So they likely have split teams working on either side.
