All in on February 1st. Did not receive any confirmation email, but called RSD on February 8th to confirm, and after several sequential attempts, talked to a very nice lady who confirmed that all items were received on February 1st.
Website status change: Yesterday, April 5th.
So, now I just wait on snail mail.
