Why is that even necessary to report? A criminal is a criminal, no matter their race. Would the situation be changed if the BG was white and the deputy black? Sounds like the reporter has an agenda.

As an American, of white and black decent, it makes me upset that race is even an issue. A criminal is a criminal, no matter their race, age, sex, or what shoe they put on first.
