Personally, I have seen a lot more 30.07 signs since OC was instituted. I had seen zero places posted prior to January 1, 2016. Hey, you asked about 30.07 too.
I have seen a few newly posted 30.06 places, but not enough to be a serious inconvenience.
I have seen a ton of new entries on Texas3006.com, but that spike correlated more closely with the introduction of the mobile app, so I think people are just finding it easier to update that database, and not necessarily that there are a ton of new signs going up.
