By changed, meaning I see the options to change mailing address, report card lost or stolen, etc.

I wonder how they legally define 60 days... 60 calendar days, business days, etc?

I would've thought so... my dd214 was clear as can be. Wonder if there's any truth to that, and if so - how much time they spent verifying my dd214.
