Bar Louie at Bay Brook Mall is a 51% establishment, it seems. Granted, the word "bar" is in the name, but the sign is only visible on your way out the door. Unless you walk in and do a 180, they'd no way to notice. Is it similar to 30.06 and 30.07, in that it has to be noticeably posted?

UH-Clear Lake made their draft available. It is much more grounded in reality. Basically some labs, and some Deans' Offices. One building were a day care is, is completely banned. Other than that, have at it.

The signs are on the right when you walk in. Technically, we could probably get away with saying it wasn't prominently displayed.

They have five signs. 30.06 & 30.07 in English and Spanish and then a 46.03 sign. I agree with all of you, but I don't have the time or the resources to fight it, even if it is unlikely I would get "caught."

Clearly the law means nothing. Otherwise, people wouldn't be waiting 80+ days for their plastic.
As a veteran, I would love to get a head of the line bump, but I don't expect it, nor do I want to jump people who have been waiting longer.....
