Would San Francisco be part of the new northern state? Keep in mind, liberals tend to congregate around higher population density areas. I'm personally good with their electoral votes getting spread out among the remaining 49 states, with Texas picking up the lions share considering it would make us the #1 most populated state in the country.Mxrdad wrote:I am nowhere near an expert, but wouldnt splitting it in 2 give the Rebubs their own state?
