The people that work their most likely have friends who applied and are processing them first. But then again, you have to be likable to have friends and I have never met a likable government employee.

2/26/16 - Sent an email asking if everything was in order.
3/08/2016 - No status change, no phone answer, and no reply to email
Still no reply. Seems like most of the mid/late Decembers will be getting their plastic soon. Glad I found this forum, I was getting worried that the reason for delay was something to do on my part.
