If you email them and communicate with them, they will pull your application from that group and do it individually which will result in yours being finished quicker. If you don't communicate with them, they will just put yours aside and must finalize the others in the same stack as yours which from what I'm seeing on here and reading on the others posts seems to be the problem. Communication is key.
