License in hand! Hopefully they wrap the rest of December up this week. My brothers website finally changed on Saturday as well. His confirmation date was December 29 and mine was December 30.
I've been shooting in my spare time, now I just need to grab a holster and I'll be heading to Walmart.

Maybe it was the email I sent them or sweat rattling the chains in the office, but after 79 days from confirmation the website changed!
No license in hand yet but I'll be checking the mail the next few days.
Another note to add, I have a buddy in Oklahoma that did his packet a month after me for an OK license and received his about two weeks ago. :/
My brother is a day ahead of me time wise and has heard nothing yet.
Sweat I hope your website has changed too!

Re: Another December app to ponder
Update: So being frustrated about the RSD I decided to shoot an email to the DPS guy that helped me renew my DL address before I did my CHL. I ask him if he could please forward my email to the appropriate person if he was able. He actually did and I received another email from a different person that stated:
"Mr. B."
This email is to inform you of your LTC. The application has been processed and you should be receiving your license in 7 to 10 business days.
Thank you"
So there you have it. No change in the website yet but hopefully the email was accurate.
Sweat, surely you are in the same boat.

Re: Another December app to ponder
I imagine it could be worse on the wait. This forum has kept my sanity. At least I can get a response on this site.
On another note, I did end up calling a couple weeks ago and I got the "nice lady" on the phone that basically confirmed that they had all my stuff and I don't need to do anything else but wait. I tried to email but never got a response. My brother emailed as well and actually did get a response. It was very generic response:
"Thank you for using the Regulatory Services Division’s website.
Our records indicate your application is processing. We appreciate your understanding and patience. This can take up to eight (8) business weeks to complete once your application is submitted and all documents are received.
For security reasons, please do not respond to this email. Should you need further assistance, return to http://www.dps.texas.gov/rsd/contact/default.aspx to securely submit additional inquiries.

Customer Service Representative"

Another December app to ponder
Well I have been looking around this forum for quite some time now. I decided I should post my December timeline for the other December applicants still waiting. FYI my brother and I did ours one day apart and currently still waiting.
Dec 19 Chl/LTC class
December 24- app online uploaded all form
December 30- fingerprints
December 30- confirmation email of all documents
License-?
Have a squeaky clean record. One speeding ticket.
It's been frustrating seeing others after me get their license but this sight keeps me entertained. As long as I get my license.
