Continue to treat both types the same in every other way, under Texas law. From what I can tell, we'd gain WA, NV and MN by doing this.

The legislature should work on increasing the acceptance of our LTC in other states, particularly ones that are close to accepting ours or don't allow for a non-resident permit to be applied for online or via mail.
