This shows the silliness of the "school or educational facility" having remained undefined all this time.

A home school is a private school in Texas. What else could be a "school or educational facility"? Public K-12 was obviously intended for inclusion, but what about private schools? Public colleges and universities? Private universities? Barber school?

Or carried to its ridiculous undefined extreme, is it a violation to carry at your CHL renewal or Instructor school? To Sunday School or VBS? To your kid's piano lessons?

I'm unsure if we should open the can of worms on defining "school", though. Too many vocal types would try to make it as all-encompassing as possible. A better alternative might be to place them in the same category as hospitals and churches: off-limits, but only if they post.
