When wearing a baggy t-shirt, here's my technique:

1. Drop strong hand down to thigh.
2. Extend thumb straight out, against thigh.
3. Sweep back and up, keeping thumb in constant contact against thigh/buttock, "hooking" the shirt up.
4. Continue the sweep up behind the holster, then forward over it, forcing material down between holster and body, as I establish a grip.
5. Draw.

It's more complicated to describe than to do. It works well, but I'll never beat Bob Munden to the draw.

I don't involve my weak hand in the draw. I keep it bladed, right in front of my chest, to use for deflecting a blow, thrusting out to warn someone to "STOP!", etc. As my gun hand comes up, I move my weak hand into the support position.
