Plastic arrived Yesterday, although it sat in the mailbox overnight since I was out of town. It was 49 days door to door, with only a single hiccup.

9 July 2007: Application Received by DPS
23 July 2007: DPS returned photo because there was No signature on back of photo
26 July 2007: DPS received signed photo
7 Aug 2007: I sent an E-mail requesting PIN, received PIN -- Still shows that I need to sign photo.
9 Aug 2007: Processing Application
22 Aug 2007; Application Completed - license issued or certificate active
25 Aug 2007; Plastic in Mailbox
