It seems like people get their plastic 2 days after website changes? Mine changed yesterday and Im trying to figure out when I should get mine. Anyone that could chime in would be appreciated.

Its a Texas government holiday. I'm assuming since they work for the Texas government then they are off. What do you know, another government holiday. Texas Independence Day today. Maybe if these folks didn't get a damn holiday every other week they could process some apps. I didn't get off for Texas Independence Day, did you?
