His bond was $100,000.00 which was then cancelled. He bail bondsman cancelled the bond and asked the court to issue a warrant for his arrest because he was in the Hidalgo County Jail on a probation violation. Then the court reinstated his bail on June 20th after there was evidence that he has a mental defect. Now he pistol-whipped the woman.Jusme wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2019 11:34 amGrayling813 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2019 10:40 amOut on bond for capital murder charge? What in the world are people in the Harris County judicial system thinking?philip964 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2019 10:15 am https://abc13.com/woman-pistol-whipped- ... k/5374531/
And we have a photo of the car jacker from Houston out on bond for capital murder.
7 cars damaged from police chase.
K-9 Officer made the arrest.
How did he make bind, what was the amount $100.00?
But I'm sure he is just a misunderstood youth, who is trying to turn his life around. He just needed a car to get to his anger management session.
So since he had a mental defect, it's ok to turn him loose? I know what my defense will be if I'm ever arrested, in Harris County. But it sounds like it has infected everyone from the police chief, to the DA, and the judges. I may not be able to act defective enough.
The records do not explain the rationale for these decisions. But, I do know: Demoncrats = Evil. Nuff said!
