I managed fast food restaurants for quite some time. No, there is no budget for drug testing, in fact, i am supprised most the time the employees even come to work! 7.50 an hour, what can you really expect from these people!Lynyrd wrote:

And yes, im sure the Subway will get sued. My either the PD, to recover medical costs and/or the cop for damages. Cops are people just like you and me! Subway will in turn sue the employee he was probably destitute anyway but it will just be done to make a point to other Subway employees.
On a side note: i hope that employee is harrassed everyday by the cops!
