Yes I had sent an email asking for a status update and once they finally replied today this is what I got.

No I called them. Only took about 30 minutes to get put on hold. Then waited another 45 minutes.

I received an email saying it was mailed.

Plastic in hand 4/15... wife has same dates still waiting.....
