I live in Kinney County, they have posted signs for both 3006 and 3007. Talked with the County Attorney and he says that the County Commissioners have decided that since the County Clerk is also District Clerk her office is a part of the District Court and then the fines court costs etc., are on the 2nd floor and they too are a part of the Court and so are off limits. Then they also say that since there are witnesses, and defendants in the courthouse on court days, they cannot allow open or concealed carry inside the building at any time.
