He is also in the minority. He recently tried to improve the ability to obtain a LTC (or New Jersey's equivalent) by changing the language slightly. The legislature filed suit, and threatened even more restrictive laws, if he tried to push it through. They have the numbers to override his vetoes, so it never moved forward.

Also would you be able to carry a spare mag in places that have a 10 round capacity limit?

I don't know all of the State's Laws, but Commifornia, and New Jersey, are a couple that come to mind with restrictive gun laws, registration etc. You're right it is unconstitutional, but the sheeple there keep electing the same type of legislators enacted these laws.
