That's an interesting question, because there's a magnetic strip on your TDL that's only allowed to be used for age verification for liquor sales and maybe admission to age restricted venues where liquor is served. Prerhaps that's the reason for their policy. I don't know if the LTC has the same info.

Since LTC requires, that the holder be 21, it shouldn't need age verification. JMHO.
