Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
Since I'm the woman, I'm going to be brutally honest with you... think about why you got your CHL in the first place..... you got it to protect yourself and your family --- your wife, your mother-in-law. By chasing those cars you put them in danger. If I were your wife I would have been terrified a...

Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
The OP said all cars were identical. This doesn't sound like "thugs" or gangs to me. They try to be as individualistic as possible in most cases. It sounds more like a professional protection detail of some sort. He didn't say where he was from but perhaps there was a national, state, or ...

Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
I'm going to look at another possible issue here. The OP said all cars were identical. This doesn't sound like "thugs" or gangs to me. They try to be as individualistic as possible in most cases. It sounds more like a professional protection detail of some sort. He didn't say where he was...

Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
I had to go back and reread the OP statement to see where he said he chased anyone and still dont see it but yet here he is being chastised for something he didnt do, really folks read the OP statement before posting comments chastising him. This is a great forum but far to many hyper critical ppl....

Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
fast86gn, Given your recent experience in a 'very bad part of town' will you be going back or avoid it in the future? It's not a part of town I go to for any other reason... I'll probably go back to the restaurant again but just be more careful. I have been going to this place for 30 years and neve...

Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
I appreciate that... I wasn't chasing but I felt stopping was not a good option either. And yes I would rather avoid it then to escalate it Thanks again everyone.

Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
Yeah instead of my wife calling 911 with her phone she should have been using the video feature. And it was deliberate no doubt. Give me a break. And I wasn't following him he went to the left lane and I stayed far back in the right lane after he pulled his little stunt. And if I had not held my tem...

Re: Would I have been within my rights if...
My reply is gone as well? If I would have shot at the vehicle for deliberately running me off the road would I have been in the right? I did fear for my life and my wife and my Mother in law. I was able to avoid damage to my car but if I had not and was able to crash into his car i would have. I had...

Would I have been within my rights if...
Leaving a favorite restaurant over the weekend in a real bad part of town I made a right turn at the light and moved into the middle lane, about 300-400 ft in front of me a white sedan pulls out of a parking lot and pretty much stops in the middle of the three lane road, I thought at first he was ha...

Re: Disarmed by uninformed officer
Wow that is hard to believe a cop could be that stupid.
I would have called 911 before I ever left that store because that guy either needs more training and a reprimand or be fired!

Re: Moe's Southwest Grill
If ever I'm in that part of the world, I'll give them my business. Reminds me of Moe's on "The Simpsons", that's easy to remember. I OC'd very briefly yesterday while filling up my truck. No one (and there were a lot of people gassing up their vehicles) noticed or if they did they remaine...

Re: Resource One CU 30.07 Is this a a legal sign?
And I wouldn't OC in a bank anyway. At least no 30.06 is present. But still very hard to see. I would hate to be the guy that did OC because the sign is hard to see.
