Thank you to all who posted. I finally was able to speak to a living person yesterday and he told me that I was calling way too soon haha.. ohh well. waiting room
Hello is any one out there. That is what i'm wondering ! I have called and my call is sent straight to a voice telling me that they are booked up.I have set emails with no answer? I understand that they are booked up, the silence is killing me.
I sent in my paper work after Christmas and received both email confirmations on the 28th . To this point my screen has not changed.
Haha.... This is great at least when I read some of these postings I know what I can expect one more month of waiting. Have a great day.
