On a more serious note, if something like this doesn't get the rules for federal buildings changed, what will? Reciprocity in D.C.?
Rep.Thomas Massie (R. KY) has filed a bill that would extend reciprocity for HLs issued by the various states. The proposal is, of course, motivated by the recent Arlington shooting.
