My hope is that Kamala pushes Joe aside relatively soon, which will still be 6 months at the earliest so as not to make it completely obvious that he was just a placeholder. That gives her only 18 months to get crazy before the mid-terms deliver both houses firmly to the Republicans. If we can just hold 1 of the 2 Georgia senate seats, we can slow her down enough to block any real impactful changes. If not, then we'll have to hope that the few moderate Dems will stand up to Schumer. I had hoped for SCOTUS to be a check, but they seem more concerned with not making any waves than actually fulfilling the Constitutional responsibility.
