Not sure I am a big fan of this part unless it truly is "voluntary". And wouldn't the governor already have the ability to assign state police to a gun show, or any other event, and to have them provide free background checks upon request? State police must be present at all gun shows to administer background checks in private sales of guns on a voluntary basis.
