2 out of the 4 cops were wrong. You do not have to tell them you are armed/CHL "before we get started".

The issue of right or wrong is irrelevant. And I am fully aware that I have no duty to volunteer that information. But I do, out of respect and courtesy. And I am unanimous in my decision.
