It is a HUGE number since more and more people are being medicated by doctors for non psychotic reasons .
So if they can't outright take the Second Amendment out of the Bill of RIGHTS, they will make ammunition impossible to find, and if you can get ammunition, then they will label you as on medication for a mental disorder and grab your guns that way.
I'd like to know how they find out the medication anyway, hippa prevents that.
The doctor can't even leave a message with your spouse if you didn't note them on your hippa form
The new NY SAFE Act apparently allows this information to be shared when certain circumstances are met HOWEVER I believe this was grossly misinterpreted to justify the confiscation. I am glad he is suing and hope it works out in his favor.- Wed Apr 10, 2013 10:38 am
